Home Farm is just 13 miles from Marble Arch, and offers a unique alternative to more traditional corporate event venues. Although we are just a short tube ride from central London, you’ll feel like you’ve travelled much further from the office when you arrive at our secluded 150-acre site.

Home Farm sits on 150 acres of private land nestled into the Aldenham Estate, which is currently working on an ambitious Environment Management Plan to increase biodiversity. Let your team loose in our long-grass meadow, with woodlands and our secluded lake to explore.
Our glamping barn is a great HQ; complete with a dining area, chill out zone and kitchenette (as well as WiFi should your team need to stay connected). Our three hat tipi marquee is a great undercover space for meetings or to party into the long summer evenings. We would be delighted to help you organise something really special for your team to encourage blue sky thinking and promote work wellbeing.

We hosted a team event for 45 people at Home Farm, staying over two nights. The whole thing worked perfectly for us, with loads of room for group activities and tents set up beautifully for the team to sleep at night. We worked together, cooked dinner, played games, sang by the fire pit and had a completely relaxing couple of days.

Tailormade corporate event packages
Custom-designed corporate event packages crafted to align with your company’s goals, culture and budget, delivering a seamless and memorable experience
Half Day Offsites
Arrive at 10am and start the day with a fun icebreaker, creative workshop or storytelling circle. Break for a delicious lunch under our oak tree or in our covered tipi. Finish with a fun team activity in the afternoon before heading off at 3pm.
Full Day Offsites
Arrive at 12pm and start the day with a gourmet grazing table lunch served in the covered barn. Do a full afternoon of activities, such as ‘Thunder Games’ (includes axe throwing!). Finish the day with a BBQ dinner, sundowners and DJ. Depart at 10pm.
Overnight Offsites
If you’d like the complete corporate retreat experience, why not stay overnight in our 12 fully furnished yurts and bell tents. Our tents sleep up to 40 guests - more tents can be added if need be.
