We’re passionate about curating experiences where wellbeing meets wildlife - perfect for Hertfordshire or London companies seeking a restorative digital detox.

Set within 150 acres of private parkland on the Aldenham Estate, Home Farm is delivering an ambitious Environmental Management Plan to increase wildlife across the Estate. From expanding wildflower meadows for pollinators to restoring historic woodlands and enhancing lake habitats, our work is building a more resilient ecosystem for wildlife and guests to enjoy.

Example Itinerary for an Overnight Stay

Day 1

  • 12:00 Arrival from London (under 1 hour travel for most teams), garden games to play and grounds to explore

  • 12:30 Gourmet grazing table lunch served in the barn

  • 13:30 Afternoon activity e.g. Game of Codes (an exciting orienteering experience using What3Word codes fostering teamwork and strategic thinking)

  • 18:00 Sundowners Strategy session in open-air meeting space

  • 18:30 BBQ style dinner

  • 19:00 DJ and party

  • 22:30 Amplified music off, gather around the campfire for some chill time and to roast smores over the open fire
