Nestled into a long-grass meadow in the Hertfordshire Green Belt, our boutique glamping site provides the perfect environment to inspire connectivity and creativity, foster teamwork and rejuvenate your team's spirit.

With a range of options for corporate events and the option to add on an overnight stay, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the corporate world and focus on forging memories. Our on-site facilities and personalised services ensure a seamless experience for your event that attendees will talk about for years to come!

Home Farm is just 13 miles from Marble Arch, and offers a unique alternative to more traditional corporate event venues. Although we are just a short tube ride from central London, you’ll feel like you’ve travelled much further from the office when you arrive in our secluded three-acre meadow.

We care enormously about providing an experience where wellbeing meets wildlife for hard-working teams in need of a digital detox

Home Farm sits on 150 acres of private land nestled into the Aldenham Estate, which is currently working on an ambitious Environment Management Plan to increase biodiversity. Let your team loose in our long-grass meadow, with woodlands and our secluded lake to explore.

Our glamping barn is a great HQ; complete with a dining area, chill out zone and kitchenette (as well as WiFi should your team need to stay connected). Our three hat tipi marquee is a great undercover space for meetings or to party into the long summer evenings. We would be delighted to help you organise something really special for your team to encourage blue sky thinking and promote work wellbeing.

Flexibility

We offer the site on a dry hire basis, giving you the flexibility to create a bespoke team building day that will go down in the company’s history books. You can use our local and trusted suppliers, or your own if you’d prefer. Let us know what you need, and we will help.

Glamping

We can sleep up to 40 overnight guests in our 12 charming glamping tents, but have the space in our meadow to accommodate a bell tent village if the whole team want to stay! Enjoy the great British countryside - right on London’s doorstep - and return to the office feeling refreshed.

We hosted a team event for 45 people at Home Farm, staying over two nights. The whole thing worked perfectly for us, with loads of room for group activities and tents set up beautifully for the team to sleep at night. Our season runs from May through until the end of September. Why not hold your team away day with us this spring or summer? Make sure you get in early to secure your corporate away day spot.

A typical team away day

Arrive at Home Farm from early afternoon and enjoy an afternoon of team building activities, meetings, relaxation… or all three!

We work with the brilliant Gregory’s Kitchen to serve a scrummy evening meal or you can get the BBQs going if you’d rather self-cater.

Plan some evening entertainment whether it’s sitting by the campfire roasting marshmallows or a silent disco in the tipi. Need a bar? Our friends at honestfolk have got you.

If you’re staying overnight, enjoy a hearty breakfast or a light continental spread and head off recharged at 10am
