Site Manager (April-October, Full Time)
We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-orientated Site Manager to look after up to 52 overnight guests at our boutique glamping venue. Experience in running bedrooms / food and beverage hospitality/ events while demonstrating passion for the great outdoors is essential. This will be a coveted and unique role reporting to the General Manager and working in the beautiful Home Farm surroundings.
Core requirements:
This is a live on site role, where you will be able to enjoy living in our new and comfortable managers cottage on the days you are working. Bills and rent are taken care of.
Proven experience working within the hospitality sector at supervisor, duty manager or manager level showing strong leadership and problem solving skills
A desire for outstanding hospitality is a core requirement. You must have a natural ability to look after guests and make their experience unforgettable, and have the ability to pass this on to your team

Changeover Team (April-October, Part Time) - AVAILABLE
We are looking for three friendly, team-spirited people to help us with the tent changeovers throughout our glamping season. The role is perfect for someone who lives locally to use in Hertfordshire, enjoys being active in the outdoors and is looking for part time work between the hours of 09.30 - 15.30 mid-week and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Changing up to six glamping tents per shift
Counting out/ in the bedding
Cleaning the bathrooms and the barn
