It’s a wrap! This season brought us blessings and a few curses. Here’s why…

Throughout the pandemic we’ve all had to become a little bit creative when it comes to making date night special.... But romance can be found in a meadow (!), and being just a hop, skip and tube ride out of central London, Home Farm Glamping makes for the perfect mini-break for couples.

This week marks the half way point of our glamping season, and despite the spring throwing frost, mud and heatwaves at us, it's been a pleasure to see so many smiling and grateful faces enjoying precious time away from stress and screens.

If there's anything this year has taught us, it’s that the green space that surrounds us serves a vital role in our health and wellbeing, and one that lots of us have been missing for years without properly noticing what’s lacking.

Today is the official reopening for Home Farm Glamping, here in our idyllic spot in Elstree, on the London/Herts border. We’ll be open all the way through to 4th October 2021. Find out what we’ve got lined up to make this the best season at Home Farm Glamping to date.

While we’ve been busy making final preparations for our grand reopening on the 23rd April, our on-site catering partner Sainlo Events has been exploring new ideas to serve at their pop-up Meadow Cafe on-site this season, and excitingly, planning our first Supper Under The Oak events of the year.

Today is the first-ever World Rewilding Day and are very proud to support this amazing initiative being launched by Global Rewilding Alliance. We want to spread the word about the vital work they are doing at such an important moment for our planet.

Well, that was a crazy old summer, wasn’t it?! We wave goodbye to our last guests of the Great Glamping 2020 Staycation, lungs full of fresh air, bellies full of good food, and hopefully with enough happy memories to carry them through the long nights of winter.
