Things to do at Home Farm

There is a croquet lawn, badminton set and ping pong table for everyone's use, and plenty of space for football, rounders or frisbee etc., and there are lots of lovely walks around our beautiful lake and woodland.

If you want to fish there is a pontoon available curtesy of Tykes Water Angling Club (you will need to bring your own equipment) which may incur a small fee at busy times of the season. Please given us plenty of notice if you want to fish.

If you are in a group why not arrange some kind of activity. Examples of popular activities are scavenger hunts, wine tasting sessions, yoga classes, dance classes, life drawing classes, mug decorating and flower garland making. All these activities can be organised by you or provided through external providers and should be arranged separately with them. We have listed a few suppliers below and we’re happy to help with logistics where we can.

We have a lovely indian tent which you can hire for a few hours if the activity would be better indoors. If you do book any activities to take place on our on site, please let us know via email so we can make sure we allocate you the right space!
